Fussing Section
Leather has two main types of surfaces; One side
is plain and smooth and the other is rough. The
function of the Fussing Department is to make
the rough side stitch-able. The Assembly and
Fussing Department then collect the raw Leather
from the Cutting Department and make it
stitch-able by ironing it.
Tracing Section The Tracing employees make the areas which
need to be stitched, which eases the burden for
stitching the garments.
Assembly Section A Jacket has two parts, An outer shell
which is made out of Leather and an inner shell is
made of lining. This is also a major department of
the factory in which we collect the accessories and
lining in the form of a roll. The employees use the
lining yard to form the Jackets interior lining
form, They issue all necessary items to Stitching
Department after collecting from store.
